At our brewery here in Hershey, we were able to build our dream space. So, as brewers, if we’re able to dream it up, we can brew it and recreate it.
Our self-guided tour path runs through center of the brewery, allowing guests to experience our fermentation/filtration hall, quality lab, packaging lines, and barrel-aging room. The self-guided tour path is open during normal operating hours at no cost, and is handicap accessible. Guests of all ages are welcome, and no reservations are required.
Guided PRODUCTION Tours
Get an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at a production brewery. You’ll start in the Splinter Cellar, our new wood-aging dream space, and follow in the footsteps of our brewers through the mill room, hop cooler, brewhouse deck, fermentation cellar and packaging lines.
Find out how brothers Chris and John Trogner discovered craft beer, hatched a plan to open a brewery and survived trial-by-fire as they learned the business. Along the way, you’ll see, hear, smell, taste and touch the things it takes to brew our beer, and you’ll sample a few fermented and finished Tröegs favorites. Each tour-goer also goes home with a souvenir glass.
Guided tours are 45 minutes long and travel through the production brewery. If you’re uncomfortable climbing and descending multiple stairs, standing for extended periods or spending time in extreme heat or cold, please check out our self-guided tour described above.
Space is limited to 10 people per tour. Guests must be 21+ years old with a valid, unexpired ID, and closed-toed shoes are a must. (We have a few loaner pairs available first-come, first served.) Cost is $5 per person. Click on the link below to book your spots.
Prior to your tour, we invite you to join us for a welcome beer! Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to enjoy your beer and have a look at our Splinter Cellar and the Art of Tröegs Gallery, where you’ll find the work of Tröegs fans who share our creative spirit.
We cannot guarantee tour spots for late arrivals.
