In what’s becoming an annual tradition, the cheesemongers from Di Bruno Bros. and brewers from Tröegs got together to taste their way through a table full of cheese, charcuterie and beer. And once again, our discoveries were delicious.

The fruits of this collaboration include Holly, a Mad Elf-washed Brebirousse-stye soft cheese made at The Farm at Doe Run in Chester County, PA. Check out our video above to see how Holly was made.
