The recipe for Scratch #512 extends back to the earliest roots of our Scratch Series. A perennial favorite, this Belgian-style Witbier incorporates the distinct spicy and fruity notes of La Chouffe yeast. At the end of the boil, we circulate a blend of coriander, orange peel and lemon peel to amplify the subtly tart and dry finish with a spirited citrus zing.
