So well that we wanted to feature them in Scratch #534, a West Coast-style Pilsner. “Tiny changes really shine through more on lagers than anything else,” says brewmaster John Trogner. “Adding these signature hops late in the boil and during fermentation showcase the work they do in all our beers.” This straw-colored lager finishes crisp with hoppy notes of bright citrus, grassiness and a touch of apricot.
