For Scratch #457, we continue down the path toward a “new school” West Coast-style IPA. This time around, we’ve incorporated a new hop varietal called Solero to lend a fragrant tropical aroma with notes of mango and passion fruit. Dry-hopping with Citra and Cashmere introduces traces of lemon-lime and grapefruit, while the addition of Chinook layers in a hint of dank pine.
