For this modern West Coast IPA, we’re combining classic American hops like Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook with ADHA-218, an experimental hop we’ve been tracking at hop selection for a few years. Scratch #455 is crisp, but not intensely bitter with notes of fruity gum, citrus and passionfruit.
