Pack your bags because we’re heading westward! Scratch #508 West Coast Double IPA uses a few of our favorite classic American “C” hop varieties. In the boil, we combine El Dorado’s notes of tropical fruit with the dank grapefruit of Chinook. Dry-hopping with Citra, CTZ, and Chinook overloads this hop bomb with zesty citrus fruit and sticky pine. Our house ale yeast strain keeps the finish dry and on the bitter side, just like a West Coast style should be!
