Scratch #426 brings together lessons learned in a recent run of weizenbock trials. On top of a bready base of white wheat, raw wheat and Vienna malt, German Northern Brewer hops add a woody, earthy undercurrent with notes of pine and fresh mint. Fermentation with our Dreamweaver yeast contributes hints of candied clove and black pepper.
