The Weizenbock is a style we’ve tinkered with for years. For Scratch #536, our brewing team started with pilsner and Vienna malts, plus an addition of white wheat to lend a creamy texture. Decoction and step mashing intensifies the bready character before our German Hefeweizen yeast ties it all together with a hint of candied cloves.
