Scratch #320 is our latest effort to bring body to a lower-alcohol IPA without compromising aroma or flavor. With a winning combination of Azacca, Centennial, Chinook, and Comet hops, we upped the amount of unfermentable sugars even more for additional silkiness and smooth texture.
