Scratch #313 is our newest effort to bring body to a lower-alcohol IPA without compromising aroma or flavor. This time around, we upped the mouthfeel with an unfermentable sugar that adds a silky fullness. The added viscosity sets the stage for a brand new combination of hops: Azacca, Centennial, Chinook, and Comet.
