We’re marking the Craft Brewers Conference in Philadelphia with a collaboration! For Scratch #550, we worked with Haas Hops on an IPA featuring PRYSMA, a 100% Mosaic hop-derived extract. Added during the whirlpool and after fermentation, PRYSMA delivers expressive flavors and aromas of citrus, sweet fruit, and mixed berry with no unwanted bitterness.
