Brewed in collaboration for this year’s Craft Brewers Conference in Philadelphia, Scratch #549 features Alora, a new hop variety from the Hopsteiner Breeding Program. This expressive hop boasts tantalizing notes of peach, apricot, sweet melon and yuzu fruit. Pairing with one of our favorite varieties, Chinook adds a subtle layer of pine to this IPA.
