Crisp, aromatic and super dry is what our brewers were after with Scratch #469. Starting with a simple blend of pilsner malt and spelt, this delicate saison exhibits notes of ancient grains. Our house witbier yeast introduces fruity esters and adds subtle pear notes with a hint of black pepper in the finish.
