Never say never! Our Brewing Team decided it was finally time to get a little smoky. Introducing our first-ever Rauchbier, a traditional Bamberg-style amber lager brewed with applewood smoked malt. For this inaugural batch, we went with a Danish Lager yeast strain to lend a very dry yet super crisp finish. This full-flavored lager straddles the line between smoky and sweet. Don’t fear the Rauchbier!
