Red raspberries kick off the pucker of this new fruit combination, then the addition of lime makes things downright tart. The base of pils, pale malt and honey malt is cut a little thin by the acidity of the citrus, but a higher mash temperature helps hold the texture. Hornindal Kveik yeast adds subtle tropical notes.
