We’re hot on the trail of a new fruit combination for our Tart & Fruit Series. Lactobacillus fermentation lays down a tart canvas, then a second fermentation with Hornindal Kveik yeast makes way for the sweet tropical notes of ripe pineapple and a tart shot of lime. A touch of salt helps amplify the juicy fruit notes.
