Scratch #437 – Paloma Ale is inspired by the winner of our 2020 Homebrew Hang: Brian Mills of Palmyra. We set out to capture the grapefruit and lime flavors of a traditional Paloma cocktail. Starting with a backbone of honey malt, pale malt and pils malt, we finished with additions of grapefruit and lime. “Extremely quaffable,” says our Scratch Brewing team. “Very fruity. Very fresh.”
