Situated on 100 acres of pristine farmland in New York’s historic Hudson Valley, the family-owned Pennings Farm has been in operation for more than 30 years. Nestled above an apple orchard on their farm rests a one-acre hop yard where they grow a variety of hops including the Cascade and Mt. Hood used exclusively in Scratch #242. This hop combo produces a vibrant bouquet of citrus, spicy herbs, and fresh-cut flowers.
