The Art of Tröegs and the art of brewing collide in our take on the classic American Pale Ale. Scratch #537 has a foundation of pilsner, Vienna and wheat malts. But a singular hop, Mosaic, is the star, bringing notes of bright citrus and vibrant tropical fruit to the flavor and aroma. The stippled label design is inspired by another star, Moriah Tyler’s “A Time and Season”, the winning pointillism-adorned mirror bar cart. “We measure life in moments,” says Moriah. “And, each Tröegs beer has its own place and celebration within those occasions.” This ale is a reflection of hard work and the good things in life.
