Let’s keep those 25th anniversary throwbacks rolling with another brew of Oatmeal Stout! Based on Chris’ homebrew recipe that was a blueprint for our Paxton Street release, Scratch #472 begins with rolled oats and roasted barley, alongside pilsner, black, chocolate and crystal malts. Notes of dark roast and toffee dominate, while Columbus and Simcoe hops add balance. This supple stout is a late-90’s time machine with big malt flavors.
