We liked Scratch #481, a dry Irish Stout brewed in our Scratch Lab, so much that we decided to scale it up for a full 15-bbl release. Pale malt combines with flaked and roasted barley to impart a balance of rich coffee and chocolate notes. Dispensing via nitrogen yields a lush, velvety texture and smooth finish. It’s a small beer with a big, roasty punch!
