A soft, hazy and hoppy harvest IPA
For this soft and juicy IPA, we explore the intersection of Simcoe, Citra and the Australian hop, Galaxy. Through endless small-batch trials and a little luck, we discovered that this hop combination delivers bright waves of ripe pineapple and tropical gummies on the nose, layered with notes of juicy citrus and ripe passionfruit. It’s a hazy, hoppy harvest ale that’s so good you’ll wanna holler!

Hop Selection
Lucky Holler was inspired by our annual fall pilgrimage to the Pacific Northwest for hop selection. Our brewers walk row after row of hops, inspecting the bines, crushing the flowers in their hands and rubbing them til their oils fill the air. We’re on the lookout for the best hops, and once in a while, out there in the fields, we catch a lucky break – an a-ha moment – and a new recipe is born.
