Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ever Grain Brewing Co., Local Dorks celebrates a longstanding friendship within the Central PA craft beer scene. “We started talking and quickly realized we both geek-out on beer,” says John Trogner. “In our dorkiness, we landed on an American IPA with a fruity interpretation on the style.” Clocking in at 6.6% ABV, this ale is a blend of pilsner, pale, and caramel malts. The highlight is the New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin hop, known for its white grape character. Simcoe and Citra hops contribute bold notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a dankness that balances the crispness of the ale.
