We just love getting our hands on a new hop variety. It was last fall, out at hop selection in the Pacific Northwest, when we first encountered experimental hop No. 06297 (too new to even have a name). Its juicy orange and tangerine aroma got our attention. Scratch #310 is all about highlighting those “orangerine” notes, with Simcoe added to coax out more citrus and vanilla flavors and Demerara sugar for a touch of caramel sweetness.

We taste: sweet citrus, candied grape, touch of vanilla
