For this next iteration of our IPA pilot batches, we’ve made a few key tweaks. We’ve added the tropical and citrusy Vic Secret to the dry-hop and moved Galaxy to a whirlpool-only addition. Local rustic pale malt is still the backbone, and chit malt, malted oats and flaked oats add up to a silky mouthfeel. Finally, we fermented with Liberty Ale yeast, pumping up the pineapple and fruit-cup flavors.

We taste: honeydew, apricot, pineapple, white jelly bears
