Back in early September, we collaborated on two new beers with Jimmy Valm and the team behind Thompson Island Brewing Co. in Rehoboth, DE, to celebrate its grand opening. We also indulged Valm’s penchant for hops with an IPA dry-hopped with Citra and Lemondrop. This beer gets an extra citrusy kick from an infusion with makrut lime leaves, which come from Asian limes and have oils very similar to hops.

We taste: lime zest, tangerine, lemon hard candy, hint of baked bread
