For Scratch #327 IPA, we’ve experimented with hopping at different temperatures to precisely disperse the flavor and aroma of hop oils. This technique – and the combination of El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra hops – delivers notes of grapefruit rind, peach and melon hard candy. Malted oats smooth up the mouthfeel and lend a silky texture.
