Scratch #546 IPA was built around two of our favorite hop varieties: Azacca and Chinook. We’ve been brewing with Azacca for more than a decade now, and this fruit-forward hop contributes juicy notes of ripe mango, tangerine and pineapple. When paired with old-school Chinook, a layer of dank, sticky pine resin emerges, adding complexity and depth of character. We’re digging this beer’s west coast vibes and hop-forward flavor, and we hope you do, too!
