Riding a bike takes balance. Brewed for our friends at SAMBA, Scratch #494 IPA strikes the balance of smooth hop bitterness and bright tropical flavors. Sabro and Citra in the boil infuse notes of sweet orange and juicy apricot, while dry hopping with Azacca, El Dorado and Sabro give aromas of pineapple and more citrus. Built on oats, CaraHell, pale and pilsner malts, our slightly-hazy, silky IPA is just right for a post-ride refresh. Proceeds from sales of this beer will benefit the building and maintaining of miles of mountain biking trails in Central PA.
