The new, mysterious presence that is Scratch #467 has grown from two prior Scratch releases. Still in the spotlight are Solero hops – with support from Chinook, Cashmere and Citra – for notes of tropical citrus, grapefruit zest and dank pine. This time around, we overhauled the grain bill to include a blend of pale malts, wheat and oats. London 3 yeast brings a juicy element to this equilibrium of hops and malt.
