We’re taking another swing at a recent Scratch IPA. For Scratch #427, we dialed up the Citra hops for brighter notes of passionfruit and mixed citrus. Cashmere is full of strong stone fruit and nectarine, Bravo pulls in notes of sweet citrus, and Simcoe adds grapefruit rind and creamsicle mango. With a base of unmalted wheat and caramel and pilsner malts, this hazy limited release clocks in at 6% ABV.
