Fresh from our new Scratch Lab, Scratch #411 is the third tweak to our recent Hazy IPA releases. This starts with the same base beer as Scratch #409 and Scratch #410 and was dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe and Sabra hops. Fermentation with London Fog yeast contributes some residual sweetness, while the dry-hop bill delivers notes of tropical fruit, tangerine, peach and coconut.
