This year’s Harvest Hopfest hazy Double IPA bubbled up from our Scratch Lab, where we simultaneously brew subtly different nano batches we can compare and contrast side-by-side. A dry-hop combination of Galaxy, Lemondrop and Sabro grabbed our attention, delivering fresh notes of lemon candy and coconut atop a layer of juicy pineapple.
