Identical to the base beer of our recently released Scratch #228, this tweaked Gose benefits from the addition of fresh raspberries. The sweet/tart combination of the raspberries plays nicely with the salty and zesty flavors of other key ingredients – sea salt, coriander, and orange peel. Try it side by side with Scratch #228 and see which one you prefer; but be advised, both provide a delicious blast of mouth-puckering joy.
