For Scratch #309, our brewers were aiming for a Gose that blends the fruity tartness and earthiness of fresh blueberries. Coriander adds a floral undertone, while a touch of salt helps to amplify the fruit notes and tame the sweetness.

We taste: tart grape, juicy pear, faint earth.
