The classic Madras cocktail was our inspiration for Scratch #326, a refreshing Gose featuring fresh blood orange and cranberry added during fermentation. This fruit combination lends a distinct tart note paired with a sweet citrus flavor. Coriander adds a floral undertone, while a touch of salt helps to amplify the fruit notes and tame the sweetness.
