Once a year, we get a drop of hops that 24 hour earlier were hanging on a West Coast trellis. This year, it’s Comet from a farm in Woodburn, OR. Scratch #346 is an IPA brewed with pils and Vienna malts and dank with fresh notes of tropical fruit, citrus,  and ripe grapefruit.
