Through our Scratch Series – where we’re constantly searching for the right ingredients and the best way to use them – we discovered that boiling a portion of the mash gives us notes of caramel and fresh-baked bread that we crave in our malty beers. Hallertau Tradition hops add a subtle floral and herbal undercurrent to this toasty sweet Fest Lager.

We taste: caramel, fresh-baked bread, flowering herbs
