With Scratch #446, we’re turning up the malt complexity alongside our DreamWeaver yeast. We lay down a bready backbone and a bronze hue with Munich malt, pilsner malt, malted wheat and raw wheat. The yeast ferments this beer to 7% ABV and pulls in hints of banana, clove and black pepper.
