Scratch #257 begins with a base of local malt and wheat from our friends at Deer Creek Malthouse. Dry-hopping with Citra and Simcoe introduces notes of musky tropical fruit and pine resin. Finally, we preceded traditional ale yeast fermentation with lactobacillus for a dose of mouth-puckering tartness. Salivating yet?
