Scratch #267 begins with a base of local wheat from our friends at Deer Creek Malthouse. Dry-hopping with Mosaic introduces layers of bright citrus and tropical fruits with an underlying wild berry and herbal bite. As the finishing touch, we add lactobacillus for a dose of refreshing, mouth-puckering tartness.
