This could be the one. For our latest pale ale trial, we kept the soft and hazy base through a combination of pale malt, malted wheat, raw wheat, oats and honey malt. We also stuck with London 3 yeast for a dry fermentation. It’s the dry-hop combination that’s different: Citra, Lotus and El Dorado deliver notes of orange, passionfruit and pineapple. We’re loving the super-soft finish of this one!
We taste: soft pineapple, passionfruit, juicy orange
