We’re edging closer and closer to the hazy pale ale of our dreams. Pale malt, malted wheat, raw wheat, oats and honey malt provide a soft and hazy base. London 3 yeast ferments dry, and a dry-hop bill of Citra, Lotus and Sabro gives us bright notes of orange, passionfruit and pineapple with a hint of coconut cream.
