We’re shaking up our pale ale trials with a new hop combination: Citra, El Dorado and Sabro. This is the first time we’ve brewed with Sabro, released in 2018 and known for its fruity complexity. Look for hints of coconut, tangerine and cedar among Citra’s bold citrus and El Dorado’s tropical notes. Pale malt and wheat lay a soft base, and London 3 yeast keeps the beer dry and allows subtle malt notes to come forward.

We taste: citrus, pineapple, subtle grain
