For our second swing with experimental hop No. 06297, with its juicy orange and tangerine aroma, we added Mandarina Bavaria to the dry hop bill to kick up the citrus notes without adding bitterness. Demerara sugar nudged Scratch #315 to double IPA territory and helped give us enough body to deliver the “orangerine” hop combination.

We taste: ripe tangerine, candied grape, orange peel
