The path toward a new Double IPA has taken a juicy turn! We added pilsner malt to the grain bill and kept the whirlpool hops the same as Scratch 459. This time around, though, we decided to completely overhaul the dry hops. Our brewing team concocted a blend of El Dorado, Mosaic and Sultana, resulting in massive aromas of dank pineapple and bright citrus fruit with bold stone fruit flavors of apricot and sweet nectarine. London 3 yeast ties it all together and amps up the tropical notes of this juicy DIPA.
