Scratch #511 is a riff on our Storm the Field collaboration brewed for the Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest. Azacca and Chinook in the boil combine to lend hints of citrus, stone fruit and pine. Dry-hopped with Nectaron and Motueka, this variation is fermented with London 3 yeast to boost the tropical fruit notes of the hop combo.
