The right amount of bitterness balances a golden malt bill of pilsner, caramel and Vienna. Late hop additions of El Dorado and Azacca build the pineapple and stone fruit notes. Then, dry-hopping with Mosaic and more El Dorado takes twists and turns of citrus and tropical aromas into overdrive.
