Walking the fields during hop harvest, we were captivated by an intensely citrusy row called “Lemondrop.” Scratch #338 continues our focus on this lively hop and its big notes of lemon rind. This time around, we layered in another bright citrus component with the addition of Citra hops. Denali hops add a touch of berry-like jam.
